Betpeo Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and Betpeo. They apply to all use of the Betpeo website, mobile app, sports betting product, live casino, slots, game lobby and any other service or feature offered under the Betpeo brand at betpeo.pro.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, Betpeo may close all but the original account and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, share or allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

3. Age Verification

Betpeo is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Betpeo may request age verification documents — including a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued ID — at any time and at its sole discretion. Account access and withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory age verification.

If an account is found to have been created or used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the payment source used. 4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Betpeo are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion charges applied to deposits. The amount you send from your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast account or bank is the amount that appears in your Betpeo PKR wallet.

• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and mobile wallets.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are typically processed within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Betpeo does not store full card details. Payment processing for card deposits uses secure, encrypted channels.
• Betpeo reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request verification if the deposit is flagged as potentially fraudulent or inconsistent with your account activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR and are sent back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. Betpeo does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally fast — typically within a few hours during business hours, though times may vary. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wager-complete balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• Betpeo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including source of funds information, if required.
• Withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply and are displayed within your account settings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Betpeo offers various promotions including welcome bonuses for new players, reload offers, free bets around PSL and major cricket events, and VIP programme rewards. The specific terms of each promotion — wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates and eligible markets — are published alongside the offer when it is active.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements count at different rates depending on the product — sports bets, casino games and slots may contribute at different percentages. Check the specific promotion page for details.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances voided.

• Free bets are non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from a free bet are credited to your balance as real money, subject to the stated minimum odds requirement.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on Betpeo covers cricket including PSL and international T20 and Test matches, football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where an obvious pricing error is identified by Betpeo, in which case the affected bets may be voided at Betpeo's discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds movement. There may be brief suspension of in-play markets during key moments in a match — this is normal and does not affect previously confirmed bets.
• If a match or event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules as stated on the Betting page. Generally, if a match does not complete within a stated timeframe, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Betpeo reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including obvious pricing mistakes or markets opened for the wrong event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are visible at the time of placing a bet.
• Live score data used for in-play betting is sourced from reliable third-party data providers. Betpeo is not liable for brief data discrepancies and settlement will be based on official match results.

8. Casino & Games

9. Fair Play Policy

• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or pricing mistakes for guaranteed profit.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets — commonly known as match fixing or collusion.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including bonus abuse, gnoming and arbitrage staking patterns designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional funds.
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location or to access Betpeo from a restricted region.

Betpeo monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to request explanation for any activity that appears to breach fair play rules. Decisions on fair play breaches are final.

10. Responsible Gaming

Betpeo supports responsible gaming and wants every player to stay in control of their gambling activity. The platform is for entertainment — it should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or as a primary income source.
