Getting Started with Betpeo

New to the platform? These are the most common questions about creating and managing your Betpeo account.

Creating a Betpeo account takes less than two minutes. Visit the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password and follow the on-screen verification steps. You will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile to confirm your number. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use.

Betpeo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all users to bet within their personal limits.

No. Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you have lost access to your original account, use the password reset option on the Login page to recover it.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an OTP via SMS. Use that OTP to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered number, contact support through the Platform page.

After logging in, go to your account settings to update your profile information. For changes to your registered mobile number, additional identity verification may be required to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Betpeo displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most common and straightforward format for calculating potential winnings. To work out your potential return, multiply your stake by the decimal odds shown. For example, a PKR 500 bet at odds of 2.50 would return PKR 1,250 if successful (including your original stake).

Cash out availability depends on the specific market and match. When cash out is available on your bet, you will see the option in your open bets section. The cash out value changes in real time based on current match odds and how your bet is performing. It is a useful tool for locking in a partial profit or reducing a potential loss.
